These terms apply to all orders placed on wowoodshop.com, operated by WOWOOD SHOP, Shop No 3048/1, New Janta Nagar, ATI Road, Ludhiana, Punjab 141003, India (GSTIN 03HQYPK2214M1ZE). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and personalisation

All products are made to order. Please check names, spellings, dates and other details carefully before ordering. We make the product exactly as entered or as approved by you.
Products are handcrafted from natural materials such as wood, so small variations in grain, colour and finish are normal and are not defects. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real product.
When you upload a photo, logo or design, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We may refuse designs that are offensive, unlawful or that infringe someone else’s rights.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
Payment is taken online at checkout through our payment partner (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available.
If a product is listed at a wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders, changes and cancellation

You can change or cancel your order free of charge before production starts. Contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has started, personalised orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

5. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab.
