Returns & Refund Policy

Because every product is personalised and made specially for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong details entered by the customer, or if you no longer need the item.

When we replace or refund

We will replace or refund your order if:

• the product arrives damaged or broken,
• the product has a manufacturing defect (for example the light does not work), or
• we made a mistake in your personalisation compared with what you entered or approved.

How to report a problem

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email.
2. Share your order number, clear photos and an unboxing video of the parcel.
3. Keep the product and its packaging until the issue is resolved.

Refunds

• Once a refund is approved, it is sent to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• If you cancel before production starts, you receive a full refund.
