Making time and delivery

Every name lamp for any profession is personalised and made to order at our Ludhiana workshop, then checked before it is packed. Making usually takes 1 to 2 days after your order is placed and your details are confirmed. Delivery then takes 3 to 4 days to nearby states, 5 to 6 days to the rest of India and 8 to 10 days to remote areas. Shipping is free to all serviceable pin codes in India, and we share the courier name and tracking number by email or WhatsApp once your parcel is on its way.

Care tips

To keep your name lamp for any profession looking new, wipe the acrylic with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. Avoid glass cleaners, alcohol and rough cloths, which can scratch or cloud acrylic. Unplug the adapter before cleaning and keep the lamp away from water.

Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. If the product is damaged, faulty, or we made a mistake in your personalisation, we will replace it or refund you.
