Most custom pieces are crafted and shipped within 48–72 hours. Larger items, like wall maps or multi-frame sets, may need 5–7 working days. You’ll see exact timing on each product page before checkout.
Yes — for every personalized order, you’ll get a digital proof showing your engraving, photo, and layout before we touch a piece of wood. We don’t start crafting until you approve.
We ship to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. International orders typically arrive in 7–12 business days via tracked courier. Shipping rates and customs are calculated at checkout.
Every piece is hand-finished and inspected before shipping, but if anything’s wrong — a typo, damage in transit, or it just doesn’t feel right — write to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll remake it or refund you, no questions asked.
